HT slit Corrugated Graphite tapes are precision-manufactured from premium HT graphite foil, cut to any required width starting from 4 mm (1/8"). This makes them an ideal filler material for the production of high-quality spiral wound gaskets (SWG) and graphite die-molded rings. Thanks to a patented production process, HT tapes boast superior strength, addressing the common issue of filler breakage in SWG and ring manufacturing. With winding lengths up to 100 meters (330 feet), HT slit tapes enable uninterrupted production, even for large-diameter gaskets.
These tapes are designed for high-temperature resistance, impermeability to gases and fluids, and are free of sulphur, halogens, and binders. The tapes are anti-sticking and fire-safe, making them reliable for critical applications.
